About
What I’ll tell you is that I’ve spent 17 years making things look more expensive than the budget allowed. Your business could use some of that.

The gap
What I see when I pull up most med spa websites.
The business is good. The injector is skilled, the space is beautiful, the before-and-afters are real.
The pattern
“Then the site loads and it looks like every other clinic within thirty miles.”
Because it came from the same template. With the same stock photo of a woman touching her own face.
What it costs you
You charge premium prices for premium work. Your website should make someone believe that before they ever call. Right now, for a lot of clinics, it quietly does the opposite. It tells people you’re average, and then your front desk spends the rest of the conversation climbing out of that hole.
Why LMTCREATIVE exists
That gap, between how good you actually are and how good your presence makes you look, is the whole reason lmtcreative exists.
How it works
I’m one person. On purpose.
No handoffs
When you hire LMT, there’s no account manager relaying your notes to a junior designer two time zones away. It’s me, start to finish. Strategy, writing, design, the build, the ad creative. Nothing gets watered down on the way to you.
No filler
I’m not trying to sell you forty deliverables. You don’t need forty. You need the website to look like the actual work, the ads to stop the scroll, and the whole thing to sound like a real place. Usually that’s four or five things done right, not a content calendar nobody asked for.
Real tools, real judgment
I use AI where it makes the work faster and sharper. But nobody picks a clinic for its laser, and nobody should pick me for my software. The tools are how I keep agency-level work affordable. The judgment is what you’re actually paying for.
“Larry is one of those rare finds that is skilled at everything and makes it look easy. He’s earned our trust with every project he’s touched.”
