Reverie Aesthetics

Reverie offers premium aesthetic treatments on Long Island: Botox, fillers, laser, skin care. The work was clinical-grade. The brand wasn’t close. We built a site and a social presence that finally matched the quality of the services behind it.

The situation

02 / 06

Skill isn’t the differentiator. Trust is.

The medspa space on Long Island is competitive and saturated. Every practice offers overlapping services. The ones that win aren’t necessarily the most skilled — they’re the ones that look the most trustworthy before a patient ever books a consultation.

Reverie had the skills, the licensing, and happy clients. What they didn’t have was a visual identity that communicated any of it. The existing site looked like a free template. The Instagram was inconsistent. New patients searching had no reason to trust them over the practice spending $10,000 a month on Google Ads.

Project scope

Full-service engagement — brand identity first, then the site, then ad creative built on the same visual system.

Build process

04 / 06

01

Brand

Lock the visual language before touching the site

Color system, type pairing, photography art direction, and headline tone all defined first. A site built without a locked brand direction will look like it was designed section by section rather than as a system.

02

Copy

Write the site before designing it

Every page was copy-first. The service descriptions were written to answer the real question (is this safe, does it hurt, how long does it last) before being designed to look good. Copy decisions drove layout decisions, not the other way around.

03

Build

Framer site on the brand system

Seven pages built in Framer on the established brand tokens. The booking flow was designed around mobile — over 70% of medspa searches happen on a phone, usually during a lunch break or right before bed.

04

Ads

Ad creative built on the same system

Meta static and video ads built using the same palette, type system, and photography direction as the site. When someone clicks an ad and lands on the site, it looks like the same brand — not two teams working in different directions.

Ad creative

05 / 06

Click an ad, land on the site, see the same brand.

Every ad was built on the same warm neutral palette as the site. Same colors, same type register, same tone. That continuity is what turns a click into a booked consultation.
